    Who needs a ticket?

    • During the Open Skate season, only people going ice skating need a ticket. Friends and family who are coming to watch do not require a ticket.

    Are skate rentals included?

    • Yes, skate rentals are included with your skate ticket.

    When can I go ice skating?

    • Ice skating is held in sessions. When you purchase a ticket, one ice skating session is included for the date and time indicated on your ticket. You will only be permitted on the ice for the session you selected.

    What do I do with my pre-purchased ticket?

    • When you arrive, proceed to the tent next to the rink and check in at the counter.

    Can I use my tickets on a different day than the one I selected?

    • No, tickets cannot be transferred to another date. If you cannot make the day or time you selected, you must request a refund in advance.

    Is the rink open rain or shine?

    • Inclement weather may cause the rink to be unsafe for ice skating. If the rink becomes unsafe, it will be closed. If your skating time slot is canceled, you will be issued a refund automatically.

    What size skates are available to rent?

    • The smallest size available is a Toddler 9. The largest size available is a Men's 13.

    Is there an age requirement for ice skating?

    • There is not an age requirement, but the smallest skates available to rent are Toddler 9.

    Do you have Skate Aids to rent?

    • Yes, we have Skate Aids available to rent for $10 in 25-minute installments. Your rental time beings at time of purchase. A member of our Ice Patrol Team will notify you when your rental period has expired. Additional rental time cannot be purchased from the Ice Patrol Team. However, you can return to the Skate Aid Rental Staff and if a Skate Aid is available, you can purchase another rental period.

    Are there any discount rates for group tickets?

    • No. We’ll be happy to have your group, but everyone must pay full price.

    Do you offer any Birthday Party packages?

    • Yes. All information about Birthday Party packages can be found HERE.

    Do you offer any Private Rental packages?

    • The rink is available for private rentals when it is not open to the public.
    • The cost of rental is $500/hour for the ice.
    • For skating rentals and/or use of the pavilion tent to be included, there is an additional hourly special event fee determined by the size of the group.

    Are pets allowed?

    • No, pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted to enter the event premises.

    Are the train and carousel open?

    • No, the carousel and train are now closed for the winter.

    Do you have ice bumper cars?

    • Yes! Ice Bumper Cars are an exciting addition to our offerings. Please CLICK HERE for more information and to purchase tickets. Bumper Car sessions are run separately from Open Skate.

    Is there food available?

    • On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, our food trucks are available. This year, our vendors are Bob O's Cheesesteaks, Empanada Guy, Smokin Lips BBQ, and Waffle De Lys.

    Can I bring my own food?

    • During Winter Wonderland operating hours, food must be bought from on-site food vendors. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

    Can I become a vendor?
