    What is included with my ticket?

    • A $10 ticket for one of our Open Skate sessions includes skate rentals.

    What do I do with my pre-purchased ticket?

    • Eventbrite ticket holders must check in at the gingerbread house to receive their wristbands for the session in which they purchased online.

    Will you honor my unused Winter Wonderland tickets?

    • Yes, we will honor your unused Winter Wonderland tickets for one Open Skate session. You do not need to reserve a specific time, but PLEASE NOTE that availability is still subject to capacity limits. We will NOT be able to accommodate you during peak times (1pm & 3pm) on days with perfect weather.

    Is the rink open rain or shine?

    • Inclement weather may cause the rink to be unsafe for ice skating. If the rink becomes unsafe, it will be closed.

    What size skates are available to rent?

    • The smallest size available is a Toddler 9. The largest size available is a Men's 13.

    Are there any discount rates for group tickets?

    • No. We’ll be happy to have your group, but everyone must pay full price.

    Is there an age requirement for ice skating?

    • There is not an age requirement, but the smallest skates available to rent are Toddler 9.


    Are masks required?

    • Masks must be worn indoors (including inside tents). Masks are encouraged, but not required outdoors.

    Do you offer any Birthday Party or Private Rental packages?

    • There are no Birthday Party packages during Open Skate season.
    • The rink is available for private rentals when we are not open to the public. We can typically accommodate rentals on weekdays until 3:00pm, and weekends 7:45am-9:45am and after 8:45pm. The fee for renting the ice is $400/hour. If you are looking to invite 50-99 people, there is an additional $125 charge that covers skate rentals. If you are looking to invite 100-150, there is an additional $175 charge that covers skate rentals. We can accommodate up to 150 people for a one-hour private rental.

    Are pets allowed?

    • No, pets are not allowed. Only service animals are permitted to enter the event premises.

    Are helmets available to rent?

    • No, helmets are not available to rent, but we encourage you to bring your own, especially if you are an inexperienced ice skater.

    Can I become a vendor?
