Sponsorship Package for 2024-2025

2023-2024 Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland at Van Saun County Park

Sponsor Levels & Benefits

 

Winter Wonderland Presenting Sponsor - $50,000 (one available)

 

• Rights to refer to the Event as “presented by …” in all Event mentions

• Company logo or name included in logo lockup with overall event logo

• Placement of event logo lockup on main ice surface and dasher boards or a rights to create a custom branded cover for the exterior “skin” of the North Pole Dome (creative to be mutually-agreed upon).

• Event logo lockup placement and/or mention in all Event advertising (print and digital), marketing materials (print and digital), social media messages and on-site Event signage and announcements

• Opportunity for distribution of mutually agreed upon promotional materials at the Event.

• Free ticketed admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 500 total throughout

the season)

• Private access to the ice rink for a private party on a mutually agreed upon date when the rink isclosed to the public (food and beverage is not included but can be coordinated with the on-site concessionaire)

 

 

Holiday Tree and Tree Lighting Ceremony Sponsor (one available) - $25,000

 

• Sponsorship of Winter Wonderland Tree and placement of sponsor logo at chosen event area

• Special recognition as Presenting Sponsor of the Tree Lighting Event (date tentatively scheduled for TBD) to refer to the Tree Lighting Event as “sponsored by …” in the Event script and in additional select Event mentions

• Placement and/or mention of Company and logo in any Tree Lighting Event-specific advertising (print and digital), marketing materials (print and digital) and social media

• Logo placement and/or mentions on select Tree Lighting Event signage and announcements – including on rink dasher for duration of the Event (2).

• Opportunity for distribution of mutually agreed upon promotional materials at the Tree Lighting Event.

• Free ticketed admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 250 total)

 

Mistletoe Sponsor - $25,000 (three available)

 

Pavilion Lounge, Kids Rink, or Children’s Games Area

• Placement of sponsor logo at chosen area

• Rights to refer to the Event and chosen Event Area as “sponsored by …” in select Event mentions and signage

• Signage opportunity on dasher boards (2) of the Event rink

• Sponsor level logo placement and/or mention in select Event advertising (print and digital), marketing materials (print and digital), social media outlets and on-site Event signage and announcements

• Free ticketed admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 250 total)

 

Snowman Sponsor - $15,000 (two available)

 

• Choice of sponsorship of the Bergen County Zoo Train or the Bergen County Carousel

• Placement of sponsor logo and/or mention in selected Event Area

• Rights to refer to the Event and chosen Event Area as “presented by …” in select Event mentions and signage

• Signage opportunity on dasher boards (2) of the Event rink

• Sponsor level logo placement and/or mention in select Event advertising (print and digital), marketing materials (print and digital), social media outlets and on-site Event signage and announcements

• Free ticketed admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 125 total)

 

Ornament Sponsor - $10,000

 

• Rights to refer to the Event as “sponsored by …” in select Event mentions

• Logo placement and/or mentions on select Event signage, including the Event rink dasher boards (2) or Feather Flags, and in announcements

• Free admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 50 total) with Company ID

 

Santa’s Elf Sponsor - $5,000

 

• Signage opportunity on dasher boards (2) of the Event rink or Feather Flags

• Free ticketed admission to the Event for employees and family members (up to 25 total)

• Right to Refer to the event as “Supported by”

 

Gingerbread Sponsor - $2,500

 

• Signage opportunity at Bergen County Zoo Train or the Bergen County Carousel

• Right to refer to train or carousel as “supported by”
